BUSINESS SUITES KEPLER is the controller of personal data associated with its accommodation services. Its contact address is Kepler 147, Verónica Anzúres, postal code 11590, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico. For privacy matters, email reservaskepler@gmail.com.

Information we may receive

When enquiring about or booking a stay, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and accommodation requests. Booking, check-in or invoicing may require identification details, nationality, address, Mexican tax identification (RFC) and payment information, depending on the service purchased. If you provide information about accompanying guests, inform them of this notice and obtain permission to share their details.

How information is used

Information enables us to answer enquiries, manage bookings and changes, prepare your stay, identify guests, provide requested services, process payments and invoices, and handle questions or disputes. Only information relevant to each task should be requested. Essential communications about a booking are part of guest service.

Optional communications

Promotions and marketing communications are optional and require your authorisation where applicable. You may decline them or unsubscribe by emailing the contact address with the subject “Unsubscribe”. This choice does not affect your booking or accommodation service.

Sensitive information

Please do not send medical information or other sensitive data by email for a general enquiry. If a specific request requires sensitive information, its purpose will be explained and the appropriate express written consent will be requested before processing it.

Cloudbeds bookings and external services

The booking button opens the Cloudbeds booking engine on an external website. Review the notices and terms displayed there before entering information. Providers involved in bookings, payments or technical support may participate in those processes according to their respective roles. Maps and other external websites are also subject to their operators’ privacy notices.

Sharing information

Information may be shared with providers acting on the hotel’s behalf to deliver the requested service, or with authorities where legally required. If a transfer to a third party requires consent, it will be requested before the transfer takes place. Browsing this website does not provide blanket authorisation for optional transfers.

Browsing and cookies

This informational website does not include registration forms, advertising tools or analytics cookies in its code. The web hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. Cloudbeds and other linked websites may use their own cookies; review their notices and your browser controls.

Retention and protection

Information will be retained to support the accommodation relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, it will be blocked or deleted as appropriate. Processing must involve restricted access and appropriate security measures; card details will not be requested through the contact email.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), withdraw consent, or limit the use or disclosure of your information by emailing reservaskepler@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy / ARCO”. Include your name, a way to receive a response, your request and the data or booking details needed to locate the information. You will receive instructions for providing documents needed to verify identity or representation. For corrections, explain the change and provide supporting documentation. A response will be sent through your chosen contact method; access may be provided by electronic copy. A decision will be communicated within 20 business days and, where approved, implemented within the following 15 business days, subject to justified extensions permitted by law. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect, and legal obligations may prevent immediate deletion.

Updates and applicable law

This notice is governed by Mexico’s current Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. If a change requires new consent, it will be requested before the relevant processing.
